The parts showed up looking exactly how I’d hoped. To me, the machining looks really clean and the finish has a nice smooth feel to it. Everything just gives off that well-made, quality impression. i don’t have anything to complain about.

I ended up rereading one step like three times while my coffee was getting cold on the counter, but once I figured it out, it went fine. Not the hardest thing I’ve put together, just could’ve used clearer directions.

I needed a small replacement part for my Cane Creek headset and was relieved to see they had it listed. I’m guessing a lot of places probably wouldn’t bother carrying tiny parts like that, so it was nice not having to buy a whole new setup. Ordered it quickly, got it installed, and my bike is sorted again. Really appreciated that.

I put the eeSilk seatpost on my gravel bike, and it actually made a noticeable difference right away. It really cuts down on the buzz from rough roads, but still feels solid when I’m pedaling. No weird creaks or noises so far either. my back is happier, so I’d say it was worth it.

Picked up a Cane Creek part for my bike last year, it’s been really solid. Ride a mix of road and trails, definitely not gentle on my gear, and it still feels tight with no strange noises. Got a few scratches on the finish, but that’s expected. Durability is what really impressed me. Would buy from them again.

The customer service wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t the fastest. I had to wait a while for replies, which would be frustrating if the issue was urgent. In my case, they did eventually help me sort things out, so it was fine overall, but I wouldn’t say it was a super smooth or quick experience
